A health plan quote built around the people you live with.

Tell Saludeza who needs coverage and when. We prepare your quote and show what's moving the price, line by line.

Question 1 of 4
How many people live in your household?

Count yourself, a spouse, and anyone you claim on your taxes.

How old is the oldest person who needs coverage?

Age is one of the few things allowed to change an ACA premium.

When would you like coverage to begin?

Start dates depend on enrollment periods in your state.

Last thing: where should your quote go?

Required fields are marked with *.

What moves the price

Four things can change an ACA premium. Your health history isn't one of them.

For individual and family plans sold under the Affordable Care Act, insurers may only vary the price by a short list of factors. Knowing the list makes your quote far easier to read.

Not allowed to count: pre-existing conditions, medical history, or gender.

  • Where you live

Plans and prices are set by rating area, so your ZIP code matters.

  • Age

Older adults can be charged more, within a limit set by federal rules.

  • Who is covered

Each person on the plan adds to the total, so household makeup counts.

  • Tobacco use

In many states, plans can charge tobacco users a higher premium.

A quick word on premium tax credits

Households that buy their own coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace may be able to lower their monthly premium with a premium tax credit. The amount depends on expected household income, household size, and local plan prices, and it is calculated by the Marketplace, not by Saludeza.

Your Saludeza quote notes where a credit could apply so you know what to ask about when you apply.

Preventive care with no copay when you stay in network

ACA-compliant plans cover a set of preventive services without charging a copay or coinsurance, even before you meet your deductible, when you use an in-network provider.

Annual wellness visits
Recommended vaccines
Blood pressure & cholesterol screening
Well-child visits
Many cancer screenings
Depression screening

Good to know

Does it cost anything?

No. There is no cost to use Saludeza and no obligation to purchase anything.

Is Saludeza part of the government or HealthCare.gov?

No. Saludeza is privately owned, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or HealthCare.gov, and does not enroll people in plans.

Do I need to give a phone number?

Only if you want text messages. Email, name, and ZIP code are enough to receive your quote.

Can I add family members later?

Yes. Mention it when you reply to your quote email and we'll rework the numbers for the new household size.

How do I stop messages?

Reply STOP to any text, or write to [email protected]. Nobody gets to buy your phone number or text opt-in, and neither is passed along for someone else's marketing.

Your household, your numbers.
